After you create the account

  1. Verify your company

    Legal name, country, registry number, directors and a payout wallet. In the pilot these are checked against a KYB sandbox.

  2. Draft a trade

    Counterparty, goods, HS code, quantity, Incoterm, amount and ship-by date. Both sides sign the same terms.

  3. The buyer locks the money

    Locked

    The full order value goes into escrow before anything ships, and either side can check it from a public link.
